Summary

The Gabba friends learn about grocery shopping, food, and responsibility when it comes to spills while shopping for ingredients for pancakes .

Trivia

• Bootsy Collins, Leslie Hall, Erykah Badu, Croakey, Papas Fritas, Super Mr. Superhero action figure and Questlove are absent in this episode.
• There's no Biz's Beat of the Day segments in this episode. However, Biz Markie does the Jingle segment instead.

• This is the second episode in which there is an extra scene that segues into the Closing Segment. In that case, Plex finally makes his pancakes with the ingredients that the Gabba gang bought from the supermarket for everyone else. The previous one is Gooble and the next one is Mermaids.
• The dragon on the cereal box looks just like Carl the dragon from Quest.
• TJ Mcfunster can be seen as a cardboard display, which Muno and Brobee use to try and hide the cereal that they spill and rocket ship they break.
• When DJ Lance Rock says, "Now Plex can make pancakes!" after saying, "Great job shopping, everyone.", what he means by that is "And now, thanks to the manager, Plex can make pancakes!", which means that the Gabba gang won't see her again.
• At the end of the DJ Lance Dance segment, DJ Lance Rock says, "That's where the food goes. Check out on aisle two.".
• When the manager says, "Because you were so honest, you and all of your friends get...", she could've said, "Drumroll, please.".
• This is the first episode to premiere in 2015.
