I Like to Dance is a segment from "Yo Gabba Gabba". It is taken from both the song of the same name and the complete series
After a main scene featuring the Gabba Gang, a kid is shown dancing to an instrumental version of the song featured in that scene, as they say in voiceover: "My name is (kid's name). I like to dance." In the case the kid is disabled somewhat, they will be shown dancing with whatever medical device used to aid them (a wheelchair, a rolling walker, etc). The fact that those kids like to dance is not a surprise.
