Barbara is a big orange butterfly. She is Toodee's best friend and is from the episodes "Nature", "Flying", "Circus", "Christmas Special", "Olympics", and "Day Camp". Like all butterflies, Barbara can fly.
She has a daughter named Mona.
She is voiced by Marissa Jaret Winokur.
